Returns & Exchange

Thanks for shopping at saftabee.com, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and you are looking for return or exchange an item, we are here to help you.
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To return or exchange, the product should be in the same condition you received it; the product must be in the same packaging the item needs to have original receipt of purchase the item should be undamaged and unused.
Note: Only registered Members will be able to Return & Exchange the products in 60 calendar days. See our Membership Discounts and Offers.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For Return & Exchange, you can send the products to the following address;
